Chat, Listen, Exchange - Special Edition: Overview of the Enabling Environment matrix

The WinS Network conducted a webinar to introduce the Enabling Environment Matrix Tool, or EE Matrix. This tool has been effectively used by Ministries of Education, government departments responsible for WASH, and development partners to engage and discuss their WinS status in advance of the WinS international learning exchanges. The webinar was part of a special edition webinar series in preparation for the first Africa WinS ILE.
